Mel trained with Therapeutic Approach Yoga Studio (200hr) in Hatha Vinyasa. She is currently continuing her education with TAYS to complete the 500hr level. For Mel, yoga has the power to take her out of her mind to a place where there is clarity and peace. She calls it “losing your mind” — it’s when your chatter-mind shuts up, and you can hear the clear voice of your true self. The practice of yoga is the practice of getting to know yourself.
