your first 3 classes are free, and the 14-day welcome window doesn't even start until the day you take your first class. so missing a booking didn't burn it, your pass is most likely still sitting there waiting.
it's for brand-new friends only, one account per person (our software notices duplicates and merges them). come feel us out, no commitment at all.
everything lives in the KUUMA app, fully self-serve. can't make a class you booked? cancel in two taps in the app, more than 2 hours ahead, and there's no fee at all.
that's the move instead of ghosting: a quick cancel frees your mat for someone on the waitlist, and keeps you fee-free. easy.
yes, even free classes ask for a card on file. that's just how the no-show fee works. nothing is ever charged unless you no-show or cancel late, so booking your free class is genuinely free.
we're a heated FAR infrared studio (around 31.5°C), so come ready to sweat and bring water. arrive 10 to 15 minutes early, the door locks at the start time so we can hold the space.
wear whatever feels good, rest in child's pose any time you need, and know that we're body-inclusive and trauma-informed. no experience, no flexibility, no special anything required. just you.
when you book a mat, you're holding a real spot, and someone else might have wanted it. so a no-show is $20 and a late cancel (within 2 hours) is $10, and yes, these apply even to free and karma classes. a free class still takes up a space that has value.
