cancel within 2 hours of start time: $10 late cancel.
a no-show: $20.

you cancel your own booking, right here (log in on the calendar) or in the app: find your class, tap it, cancel. it takes about two seconds. we do not process cancellations by phone, email, text, or chat. cancel on time and you will get an SMS or email confirming there is no fee.

why the fee? when you book, we hold that spot and we are counting on you to be there. the fee is simply how you confirm your attendance, and how we keep every class fair for everyone, including the people on the waitlist.
