almost every saturday at 9am we gather for a free karma class, open to all. the only exception is YTT weekends, when our teachers-in-training have the room.
reserve on the KUUMA app with a valid card on file, even though it's free. it fills and waitlists fast, so the same 2-hour cancellation window applies here too. (all members agree to our policies before booking.)
when you book, a mat becomes yours, and someone on the waitlist is hoping you'll use it.
cancel within 2 hours of class: a $10 nudge. no-show: $20. not a punishment, just a way to keep space fair and flowing. a real emergency? message lumi, always.
we don't do refunds, but we do believe life happens. a transfer is always available: re-sell your membership or pass it to someone else. there's no transfer fee right now.
contracts are the one exception. on a 6-month vow and need out early? that's allowed, for a $50 early-cancellation fee, with 30 days' notice. walk through cancelling →
our autopay memberships are a little vow, a 6-month commitment, and we honour you right back with our gentlest prices (unlimited drops from $110 to just $90 a month).
they renew automatically for another 6-month cycle unless you tell them not to. we ask you to choose the membership that truly fits, and to honour it. unsure which is yours? message lumi and we'll help you find it.

Your First 3 Are Free pass begins on the date of purchase, not your first visit.
That means if you grab it and don’t use it, it will still expire. Think of it like a little welcome window, already opened just for you.
