life lifes. plans change, bodies change, whole seasons of life change, and sometimes a membership needs to change too. that's allowed here, always. cancelling your autopay is real and it's simple, we just want you to leave knowing exactly how it works, and to be sure it's what you actually need.
- it's done by hand. we process every membership change manually in mindbody, so it starts with an email, not a button.
- 30 days' notice. we need your request at least 30 days before your next billing date, so we can stop the next charge cleanly.
- prepaid month-to-month? there's nothing to cancel, it simply winds down on its own when your paid time ends.
- on a 6-month vow (autopay)? ride it out, or leave early for a $50 fee. full details below.
no pressure, nothing is final yet. and don't sweat the wording, every email button starts a little template for you.

the vow works both ways: you committed to six months, and in return you got a $20-a-month discount. however, life happens, so there are real ways out, and all of them are allowed.
let your term finish naturally. just email us so we know to turn off the auto-renew, otherwise it'll quietly start a fresh 6-month cycle on its own. no fee.
need to go before your term is up? pay a $50 cancellation fee to end your contract early. (30 days' notice before your next bill, either way.)

they renew automatically for another 6-month cycle, quietly keeping your magic flowing, unless you tell them not to. need to step away early? a 6-month contract can be cancelled for a $50 early-cancellation fee.
either way, ending or simply pausing the auto-renew, we need your request at least 30 days before your next billing date, so we have time to properly stop your autopay.
